From freshly baked bread to fully packed boxes
In this automated bakery line, freshly baked bread products are counted and grouped by the SpeedBatcher. Depending on the required setup, the bread can then be loaded into the boxes automatically or manually.
Our CombiKis prepares every package by automatically erecting the box and placing a plastic bag inside. After filling, the box is securely closed by an automatic case taper and passes through metal detection as the final quality-control step.
By bringing box erecting, bag placement, product batching, loading and case closing together, we help bakeries reduce manual handling, improve consistency and increase production efficiency.
